Women Of The Word - Daytime WOW
Ladies of all ages are invited to a Bible study entitled If You Want to Walk on Water You’ve Got to Get Out of the Boat. This study will help you answer Christ’s call to greater faith, power-filled deeds, and a new way of knowing him. Plan to join us every Wednesday, 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. in the Grundstrom Room. Living Every Single Moment New Dates & Times
In December, we will meet on December 11 in the Grundstrom Room. In January, we will meet on Tuesday, January 8 in the Grundstrom Room and January 22 in the Parlor. In February, we will return to our regular first and third Tuesday meeting time in the Grundstrom Room. See you there! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Women Of Northminister
The single gals from Living Every Single Moment would like to invite everyone to join them for a fun day with Liz Curtis Higgs, author of Bad Girls of the Bible at Christ Community Church on Saturday, February 2. Early Bird tickets are $20 until January 6, then they’ll cost you $25 after that. This includes a bag lunch from Baggins. The day goes from 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. We will be meeting in the church parking lot at 7:30 A.M. and carpooling to Christ Community Church. Liz Curtis Higgs has just come out with her latest book, Embrace Grace. She’s a strong Christian spokeswoman who has a unique style of writing and a terrific sense of humor, so you won’t want to miss out on this very special opportunity to hear her speak in person. Registration forms will be in the church office, and you can call Valerie Tate if you have any questions. Just mark your calendars, because you won’t want to miss this very special day. Lit N’ Latte Who knew reading a captivating book and discussing it with girlfriends could be so therapeutic? What’s on our enticing “book list”? Join us each month as we laugh, cry, and read through some great fiction and non-fiction books. Grab a cup of Joe or try a chai (and maybe a little dessert) while sharing. Join us the third Monday of the month at 6:30 P.M. at the Coffee Exchange on Speedway.
Crafters Meet Every Tuesday
The Crafters meet in the Multipurpose Room at 9:30 A.M. every Tuesday. They have many projects going on besides sewing, so if you like to do things with your hands while you visit with friends, please come join the Crafters.
Quilters Sale
Sunday, December 16 between worship services in Rowley Courtyard.
We invite you to join the Quilters every Wednesday, 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 noon in the Multipurpose Room. No experience necessary. We make items for sale as well as things to give away. Jewelry & Handbags Needed!
Jewelry & handbag donations are being requested for a white elephant boutique & Silent Auction that will benefit Women’s Ministry missions. From designer to off the rack, costume to diamonds, all handbags and jewelry will be accepted.
