Mission at Northminster is a very important part of what we do and how we see ourselves.

We have mission opportunities for youth and adults that involve both local projects and traveling outside our own state and country.

Cragin Liaison Needed
Northminster has enjoyed a long and rich partnership with Cragin Elementary School since our beginnings, when our church services were held in the hallways of the school. The 2008/2009 school year began on August 11 and we are actively seeking volunteers to participate in the Reading Seed program, serve as school liaison and who will help with various projects throughout the year. If you have an interest in participating with Cragin School, please contact Kathy Mallgren, Ministry Coordinator.

Katrina V Mission
NPC will soon return to New Orleans to continue in our partnership with Canal Street Presbyterian’s rebuilding ministry, which is now focused almost exclusively on reconstruction work.   If you are looking for a way to put your skilled hands to good use, or are interested in learning valuable skills to help our brothers and sisters in New Orleans rebuild their homes, this is your opportunity! Please note that construction skills are NOT required to participate in this mission opportunity.  The team will leave on October 25 and return on November 1. Team size is limited to 15 people.
