You’ve Just Been Made Partner! - October 21, 2005

Read Genesis 1:27-28 and Genesis 2:5.

Dear friends,

Don't you just love those motivational posters that companies put around the break rooms? Here are some humorous ones that just might be more effective -

"If at first you don't succeed, try management."

"The beatings will continue until morale improves."

"We put the 'K' in kwality."

But here are some motivational insights from scripture that are true! Check out God's plan from the beginning in Genesis 1:27-28 and Genesis 2:5. You'll see there some astonishing spiritual truths - that God needed someone to help work the earth to make it fruitful and plentiful. You'll see that God desired work done as a part of his good creation!

So here's your motivational poster for the day: "God wants to make you partner!"

Okay - so we're subordinate partners, but realize that when you team up with God, we can work in his strength to make this world a better place!
