Northminster Presbyterian Church

There is nothing more exciting than helping children develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our Sunday School classes introduce the fundamentals of Christian beliefs through the study of God’s Word and provide opportunities for students to interact with the teachings of Scripture and apply them to their lives. We use a curriculum that encourages active learning and relates relevant issues that touch students’ lives and gives a Christian perspective on these issues.

Please help the Children’s Ministry staff to maintain an updated database by completing a registration form available for download here or located in your child’s classroom, and returning it to the church office or your child’s teacher.

Children’s Sunday School classes are held in the Christian Education Building.

2 year olds: Check into Room 2, lesson time in Room 1
3 & 4 year olds: Room 4
5 & 6 year olds: Room 5
1st & 2nd grade: Room 6
3rd & 4th grade: Room 9
5th grade: Room 10

Pick Up/Drop Off

All children through Kindergarten age must be escorted to and from class by an adult. We will not allow these children to leave by themselves or with an older sibling. If you cannot pick up your child, please make prior arrangements with the teacher. We encourage all students to use the restroom before class.

The playground equipment in the Christian Education Building courtyard is not supervised on Sunday mornings. Please supervise your children when they are using this equipment. Please do not permit your children to walk along the raised wall.
