Associate Pastor for Spiritual Formation and Church Life

Pete was born in Buffalo, NY, and moved with his family to Scottsdale, AZ before his 8th grade year. He met his wife Lori in the college ministry at the University of Arizona where they were both students. After graduation, he worked part time in youth ministry at churches in Mesa and Scottsdale, while discerning God’s call to full time ministry and taking classes at Fuller Seminary in Phoenix. They attended Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Austin, TX where they both graduated from in 2001. While in seminary, Pete served Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church as pastoral intern and youth director. Pete served Central Presbyterian Church in Longmont, CO as Associate Pastor from 2001-2004.

Pete is passionate about seeing people connect within an authentic Christian community where they discover the fertile soil where their faith can take root, and where they can realize the potential that God has placed in them for serving Christ and others.
