Bea Carter
Lay Ministries Coordinator

Bea came on staff as part-time Clerical Assistant and served in that position for five years. In 2002, she became our Lay Ministries Coordinator, a role of assisting new members and friends in feeling welcome and getting involved at Northminster. She has been a member of Northminster for 40 years.

Bea worked for 18 years at First Interstate Bank, retiring as a branch manager, before coming to work part-time at Northminster. She and her husband Jerry, who is retired, have two grown children, Lori and Doug. Lori lives in the San Francisco area, while Doug lives in the Phoenix area with his wife, and Bea's granddaughters, Alyssa and Tosha.

Bea has a passion and heart for Northminster, and does an excellent job of making our new members feel welcome. She gently encourages them to become involved at Northminster and find their niche. Bea believes God gives everyone gifts, and she takes very seriously the job of helping members find a comfortable and rewarding role at Northminster.
